We started Savor & Swirl in 2019 to fulfill a dream in our hearts to bring people together around the table, share our passion for food & wine, as well as our love of the entire dining experience, with our guests. Our desire is to create an atmosphere that allows for true connections and encourages memories to be made as we learn about and indulge in the food & wine being served. We hope to meet you along the way!
ABOUT THE CHEF
Chef Kyle
Chef Kyle Williams has over 27 years of experience in the elite culinary industry, working in restaurants all over the world – from 2 Michelin-starred Relais & Chateaux Grand Chef restaurants in Italy, AAA Five Diamond luxury resorts such as Four Seasons Maui, Hawaii, as well as private resorts in Hawaii, large hotels, small café’s, and opening and working in restaurants in NYC for some of the top 3-starred New York Times celebrity chefs (Todd English, David Burke, and Daniel Boulud). He has worked with some of the best in the world.
Chef Kyle Williams was trained by European Master Chefs, who installed the classic culinary fundamental techniques that are necessary for success. He has also worked under top-ranked Italian Relais & Chateau Grand Chef, Alfonso Iaccarino, at his 2 Michelin starred restaurant & hotel, Don Alfonso 1890, in Sant Agata, Italy.
Kyle has a passion for creating delicious and beautiful dishes and has an ever-growing love of the process of vineyard management & the wine-making process and all that it encompasses. Pairing wine with delectable food is where he comes alive to his passion!
Chef Kyle's Career Highlights
Chef Kyle has been featured at the James Beard Foundation at the historic James Beard Foundation House in NYC. He has appeared on several national television networks including competing on Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay, cooking on live television for HSN, cooking for the PBS show, The Master Class, as well as several features for KCTV News in Kansas City. He has appeared at multiple Wine Fests showcasing his signature dishes alongside the various Celebrity Chef’s he has worked with. Chef Kyle has had several press features in various national and international printed publications, including Club & Resorts Magazine and multiple City Lifestyle Magazines, to name a few.
ABOUT HANNAH
Hannah is a passionate hospitality professional and co-owner of Savor & Swirl. She has been transforming the dining experience in Kansas City for over 7 years. Known for curating unique backdrops for guests to enjoy during their food and wine pairing dinners, she believes in creating memorable moments for guests through exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. Sourcing secret hidden locations for establishing a one-night restaurant experience for their guests to enjoy, never to be replicated again, is one of her favorite parts of the job! As an avid lover of traveling, Hannah enjoys crafting unique itineraries that cater to their client’s preferences, ensuring each journey is a tailored and specialized experience their Savor Travel clients will remember for a lifetime. Hannah has been featured in multiple publications nationwide for her expertise in the art of hospitality.
